Adding to the challenge is AI’s global reach—legal systems and cultural contexts differ widely, and vague or overly broad rules create uncertainty for developers and policymakers. Striking a balance between innovation, accountability, and international cooperation remains the central challenge.

 

Opinions diverge sharply: some argue AI should remain lightly regulated to encourage innovation, while others stress the need for safeguards to prevent misuse.
